Job Description

  • Chief Manager/Senior Manager
    • The candidate should have more than 1 year of experience and shall be expected to look after the following responsibilities 
    • Secretarial responsibilities: 
      • Preparation & circulation of notice, agenda & minutes of the board meeting / committee meetings of directors as per the provisions of Companies Act
      • Annual report preparation – notices, directors reports, corporate governance report, management discussion and analysis & similar other reports – timely dispatch of annual reports to the shareholders as per the provisions of the Companies Act and preparation of minutes of AGM/EGM.
      • Assisting the Auditors in various audits applicable to the Company like secretarial audit, corporate governance audit, annual return audit, due diligence by RBI etc
    • Compliances :
      • Filing of various forms, returns with the registrar of Companies / Ministry of Corporate Affairs as per Companies Act
      • Filing of various reports / declarations / intimations to the stock exchanges as per SEBI laws
      • Maintenance of statutory registers and records under the provisions of the Companies Act and other laws
      • Record keeping
      • The candidate shall be expected to possess the following competencies
      • Knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI Laws as applicable to listed companies
      • Interpretation of legal provision under various Acts
      • Computer savvy
      • Drafting skills – good communication (written) skills

  • Senior Engineer/Assistant Engineer/Engineer
    • Minimum Experience of 5 years for Diploma & 3 years for Degree holder with experience of minimum 20 TPH smoke/ gas fire steam generation Boiler with SCADA / PLC system Basis.
    • Job Responsibility:
      • Routine Boiler operation activities to be carried out with experience of SCADA & PLC Panel.
      • Monitor and logging the boiler Parameters like Temp., Pressure, Flow, drum level, Deaerator tank level etc.
      • Emergency handling like power failure, plant stoppage, instrument air failure, DM water supply failure, Fuel supply failure etc.
      • Maintain Daily Flue Gas analysis, feed water & blow down water analysis of Boiler and related action if any variation.
      • During IBR inspection, cleaning of boiler, Hydro testing, Calibration, inter locks, safety valve settings etc. activities are to be carried out.
        • Coordination with maintenance department.
  • Officer/Assistant Officer
    • The candidate should have experience of following.
      • Experience in core ABAP programming (Classical/Interactive Reports, SMARTFORMS, Web Dynpro, Adobe form and ALV reports, Enhancement etc.)
      • Experience of Data dictionary object Creation (Tables, Views, Data elements, search, etc…)
      • Experience of Dialog Programming (Screen elements, Screen painter, Table control, Tab script, Screen flow logic, module pool, etc…).
      • Experience of Data Migration Tool (LSMW, BDC etc.)
      • Experience of JAVA/JSP programming would be an added advantage.
  • Officer/Assistant Officer
    • The selected candidate will be placed at Emergency Control Room / Central Control Room 
    • FOR EX-SERVICEMAN 
      • The candidate should be JCO of defense force with minimum 01 year experience as Security Officer / Asstt. Security Officer or above in a manufacturing industry or equivalent. The Sub Officer of central paramilitary force i.e. BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB with similar experience in industry are also eligible. He should be in shape 1 or equivalent medical category
    • FOR CIVILIAN CANDIDATE
      • Graduate candidate with at least 08 years of Industrial security experience in any industry out of which 4 to 5 years should be in security or related functional area, other than security agency. He should be physically fit, having effective communication skill, conversant with Gujarati/English/Hindi languages. Working knowledge of computer is must.
  • Assistant Engineer
    • The candidate should have
      • Min. 03-05 Years of Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Electrical System in Chemical / Chlor-Alkali Industry.
      • Knowledge of HT & LT switch gears, Transformers, HT< Motors, AC/DC Drives, UPS, Battery Chargers, PCCs, MCCs, DG Sets etc.
      • Good report writing and communication skills.
      • Thorough knowledge of various electrical codes and standards, documentation, designing and maintaining electrical control system, SOPs of Preventive – Predictive or breakdown maintenance of Electrical Equipments, Relay Co-ordination, inspection of materials.
      • Experience of trouble shooting of electrical equipment installations.
      • Capability to study the specifications of electrical equipments, technical drawings and selection of electrical equipments.
      • Experience of liasioning with statutory authorities will be an added advantage.
      • Conversant with Microsoft Office based operating system.
      • Knowledge of SAP Operating system will be an added advantage.
  • Assistant Engineer
    • 1) Candidate should have experience of minimum 3 years of working in Combined Cycle Gas Based Power Plant, having installed capacity 100 MW or more.
    • 2) He/ must have knowledge for HV/EHV equipment, 33KV,11KV,3.3KV,LV Switchgears and MCC/PCC Panels, HT/LT Motors, Electrical Equipment Maintenance of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Back Pressure Turbine, HRSG, Gas Fired Boilers, DM Plant.
    • 3) He will be responsible of PM/BD maintenance and monitoring of Transformers and other critical EHV/HT/LT equipment in shift duty.
    • 4) Communication and follow up with ARC contractors for electrical works for cable laying/termination, lighting, telephone, earthing, rewinding, AMC for UPS/AVR/PA/Grid Islanding System
    • 5) maintain Logbooks of daily, monthly report, MRI, etc in shift.
    • 6) He should have knowledge of condition monitoring of electrical equipment.
    • 7) Management of spares/material stock/specifications for maintenance activities to meet breakdown and PM of all EHV/HT/LT equipment.
    • 8) Floating and Rooftop Solar maintenance activities supervision.
    • 9) Compliance of Electrical Safety, Energy conservation measures and audit co-ordination.
  • Executive Trainee
    • Only those candidates who have passed their B.E / B. Tech degree from the year 2020 to 2023 can apply. The candidates should have secured min. 60% and above marks in Bachelor’s Degree. 
    • Priority in selection shall be given to those candidates who had appeared in the GATE examination of 2022 and 2023. On the basis of the GATE scores, a merit list for each year of appearing will be prepared for the selection process. Hence, all the candidates are requested to mention their recent GATE Marks out of 100 and year of appearing. Candidates are requested not to upload their percentile in GATE Marks out of 100. 
    • Candidates having relevant Post Qualification experience of Engineering Services in large size Chemicals/Chlor-Alkali / Petrochemical industries will be an added advantage. 
    • Preference may be given to candidates having domicile of Gujarat.
  • Executive Trainee
    • Only those candidates who have passed their B.E / B. Tech degree from the year 2020 to 2023 can apply. The candidates should have secured min. 60% and above marks in Bachelor’s Degree.

  1. Recruitment for the advertised position is initially for fixed term period of 03 years on company roll . On completion of 03 years of period stated above, the employee will be considered for appointment on company’s regular roll which shall be subject to performance of individual and organizational needs. 
  2. For Executive Trainees, initially all selected and competent candidates will be offered on-contract appointment of 03 years.. First year will be for on-the-job training. Upon review of performance of first year, if found satisfactory, the incumbent will be absorbed in management cadre at suitable level for 02 years of fixed tenure.
