Education qualification

• A. A degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science (Mathematics/Statistics) or Bachelor of Arts (Statistics/Economics/Mathematics) obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Legislature in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government.
• B. Provided that a candidate who has appeared at a degree examination, the passing of which would render him educationally qualified for the Preliminary Examination, but the result of such examination is not declared, till the last date of filling of the application form as also the candidates who intend to appear at such qualifying examination shall also be eligible for admission to the Preliminary examinations.

• B.Sc. (CA & IT) તથા M.Sc.(CA & IT)ના ડીગ્રી ધારક ઉમેદવારોને આ જગ્યા માટે લાયક ગણવામાં આવેલ નથી.
• ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વર્ગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) નિયમો, ૧૯૬૭માં ઠરાવ્યા પ્રમાણેની કોમ્યુટરના ઉપયોગ અંગેની પાયાની જાણકારી ધરાવતો હોવો જોઇશે.
• ઉમેદવાર ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી બંને ભાષાનું પૂરતું જ્ઞાન ધરાવતો હોવો જોઇશે.

Age limit

• ઉંમર જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ અરજી સ્વિકારવાની છેલ્લી તારીખના રોજ ગણવામાં આવશે.
• તારીખ: ૦૧/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર ૨૦ વર્ષથી ઓછી નહિ અને ૩૫ વર્ષથી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈશે.
• ગુજરાત સરકારની સેવામાં હોય તેવી વ્યક્તિઓની તરફેણમાં ઉપલી વયમર્યાદા વખતોવખત સુધાર્યા પ્રમાણેના ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વર્ગિકરણ અને ભરતી(સામાન્ય) નિયમો ૧૯૬૭ ની જોગવાઈ અનુસાર રહેશે.

First Five Years Fix salary

પરીક્ષા પધ્ધતિ

• (૧) આ ભરતી માટે પરીક્ષા બે તબક્કાઓમાં લેવામાં આવશે. બીજા તબક્કાની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષામાં ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી માટે પ્રથમ તબક્કાની પ્રિલિમ પરીક્ષા MCQs પ્રકારની Computer Based Response Test(CBRT) પધ્ધતિથી મલ્ટીપલ સેશનમાં લેવામાં આવશે. બીજા તબક્કાની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરેલ ઉમેદવારોની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા વર્ણનાત્મક સ્વરૂપના બે પેપરોની હશે.
• (૨) રાજ્ય સરકારશ્રીના સીધી ભરતી માટે પરીક્ષા નિયમોના સંદર્ભમાં (1) Preliminary Examination (MCQs) (ભાગ-૧) અને (2) Main Examination (Written) (ભાગ-૨) માટે નાણાં વિભાગના તા.૩૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૩ના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાંક: (GN-68)FD/GRO/e-Page 12 of 26 file/4/2023/2746/GHથી નિયત કરવામાં આવેલ પરીક્ષા માટેના અભ્યાસક્રમ અને પધ્ધતિ અનુસાર સદર જગ્યાઓ માટે ભરતી પ્રહિયા કરવાની રહે છે.
• (૩) નિયત સમયમર્યાદા ઓન-લાઇન મળેલ અરજીઓની પ્રાથમિક ચકાસણી (એક કરતાં વધુ અરજી કરેલ છે કે કેમ? અને પરીક્ષા ફી ભરેલ છે કે કેમ? વગેરે) મંડળ દ્વારા કરી લાયક ઠરેલ ઉમેદવારોને પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા માટે કામચલાઉ ધોરણે અનુમતિ આપવામાં આવશે.
• (૪) જે ઉમેદવારો Preliminary Examination (MCQs) ભાગ-૧ના અંતે Main Examination (Written) ભાગ-ર માં બેસવા માટે લાયક ઠરેલા છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ Main Examination (Written) ભાગ-રમાં બન્ને પેપરોમાં ઉપસ્થિત રહેવું ફરજીયાત છે અન્યથા આવા ઉમેદવારો એટલે કે Main Examination (Written) ભાગ-રના બન્ને પેપરો અથવા કોઇ એક પેપરમાં ઉપવસ્થિત નહીં રહેલ ઉમેદવારોને પસંદગી માટે ગેરલાયક ગણવામાં આવશે.
• (૫) જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ કુલ જગ્યાઓના લગભગ ૭ (સાત) ગણા ઉમેદવારોને ઉપલબ્ધતા ધ્યાને લઈ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા (વર્ણનાત્મક) ભાગ-૨ માં બેસવા માટે લાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે.
• (૬) પાત્રતા ધરાવતા દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારને પ્રાથમિક અને મુખ્ય પરીક્ષામાં પેપરદીઠ પ્રતિ કલાકે ૨૦ મિનિટનો વળતરનો સમય (Compensatory time) આપવામાં આવશે. જની મંજુરી પરીક્ષા અગાઉ મંડળ પાસેથી મેળવી લેવાની રહેશે.
• (૭) આ ભરતી સંદર્ભે યોજવાની થતી બે કસોટીઓની વિગતો નીચે મુજબની રહેશે.

કસોટી-૧

1) SCHEME AND SUBJECTS FOR THE PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION

• The Preliminary Examination shall consist of one Paper of total 150 Marks as follow: –

Paper-1

• Nature Of Exam- Objective (MCQs)
• Subject- General Studies As per Appendix –A
• Mark- 150
• Duration- 2 Hours
  • The objective type Elimination Test shall consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Every question shall be of 1 mark.
  • Every attempted question with an incorrect answer shall carry a negative mark of 0.25.

કસોટી-૨

2) SCHEME AND SUBJECTS OF THE MAIN EXAMINATION

• The scheme and subjects of the Main Examination shall consist Total Marks of the following papers:

• Paper-I
  • Nature Of Exam- Descriptive
  • Subject- Gujarati Language and English Language (As per Appendix –B)
  • Mark- 100
  • Duration- 3 Hours
• Paper-II
  • Nature Of Exam- Descriptive
  • Subject- Accountancy and Auditing, etc. (As per Appendix–B).
